The Fourth Annual Legacy Show is coming Feb. 7, 2026! Held at The Chair Factory, this gathering includes a pre-show reception, dinner, wine and beer, and an “in-the-round” concert with award-winning songwriters! All proceeds benefit the Bruce Burch Experiential Learning Fund and the Jarrard Burch Foundation. Doors open at 6:30. Tables must be purchased in advance. DALLAS DAVIDSON
Multi-platinum songwriter, father of three, and songwriter rights advocate Dallas Davidson is lauded for writing “the soundtrack of a generation of country music fans” (American Songwriter). With over 700 noteworthy cross-genre tracks recorded and over a billion radio impressions to his name, Davidson’s illustrious songwriting repertoire massively influenced the modern country music of today. He has penned 27 No. 1 singles, including nine No. 1 hits performed by Luke Bryan like “That’s My Kind of Night” and “I Don’t Want This Night To End.” Other hit songs written by Davidson include “Boys Round Here” (Blake Shelton), “Just A Kiss” (Lady A), “I Don’t Dance” (Lee Brice), “Running Out Of Moonlight” (Randy Houser), and many others. He has written songs with and for megastars like Luke Bryan, Morgan Wallen, Darius Rucker, Lady Gaga, Jason Aldean, Lady A, Sabrina Carpenter, Jewel, T-Pain, Trace Adkins, Teddy Swims, Florida Georgia Line, FloRida, Tim McGraw, Keith Urban, and Blake Shelton.

As the youngest songwriter ever inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame, Matraca Berg, has had songs recorded by artists such as Reba McEntire, Randy Travis, Faith Hill, Martina McBride, Linda Ronstadt, Tanya Tucker, Keith Urban, Dusty Springfield, Emmylou Harris, Kim Carnes, Ray Price and Loretta Lynn. “Strawberry Wine,” co-written by Berg and performed by Deana Carter, rose to a #1 hit and was named the CMA Song of the Year for 1997. “Strawberry Wine” along with many of Berg’s songs (“I’m That Kind of Girl,” “XXXs and OOOs,” “Wrong Side of Memphis,” among others) have been broadcast on radio and TV more than a million times each. Carter and Berg also collaborated in writing “You and Tequila,” which was recorded and released as a single by Kenny Chesney and Grace Potter and was later nominated for a “Best Country Song” Grammy Award.
